Our group classes are dynamic workouts that allow you to push yourself physically in every way. Offered in circuit format and according to a structured schedule, the sessions vary between weight training, plyometrics, and power training, as well as hybrid workouts combining strength and conditioning, to offer complete, stimulating workouts adapted to all levels. Course details

Weight Training Class

This group class is entirely dedicated to weight training. There's no cardio here: we focus on executing movements, increasing weights, and developing strength and muscle mass. You'll receive close coaching to ensure you move effectively and safely, all in a motivating and enjoyable atmosphere.

Plyo/Power Class

This group class focuses on developing power and introducing plyometrics, qualities that are too often overlooked but are among the first to decline with age. The sessions combine accessible and safe explosive exercises with a cardio component to improve both physical and cardiovascular capacity. Everything is supervised by attentive coaches.

Hybrid Classes

This hybrid class combines the best of both worlds: a first portion dedicated to strength training, followed by a cardio block. The two parts are worked on separately (without circuit training) to optimize the quality of each workout. Since the cardio portion is shorter, expect higher intensity, ideal for pushing your limits and improving your overall fitness, all in a supervised and motivating atmosphere.

Bootcamp Class

The Bootcamp class offers a dynamic and comprehensive workout combining strength training, cardio, and functional exercises. Structured in varied and motivating blocks, the sessions aim to develop strength, endurance, and cardiovascular capacity. Supervised by attentive coaches, this class is suitable for all levels and takes place in an energetic and stimulating atmosphere.
