Our group classes are dynamic, small-group workouts (up to 8 people) that allow you to push your physical limits in every aspect. Offered in circuit format and according to a structured schedule, the sessions vary between strength training, plyometrics, and power training, as well as hybrid workouts combining strength and conditioning, to provide complete, stimulating workouts adapted to all levels.

Several packages available: (4 sessions/month, 8 sessions/month, unlimited, 5-class pass, or drop-in)
